What a record contains
The oncology database contains professional records with fields such as name, specialty, NPI, email, practice phone, fax, location and license information. Not every field is populated. A record is not a patient file or an endorsement by the listed professional.
Records and unique contacts
The audience builder displays matching records separately from unique email addresses, phone numbers and fax numbers. Several records can share a practice contact. These counts describe field availability rather than successful delivery, consent or a guaranteed number of individual recipients.
Selecting your audience
Filter the builder by available specialties and locations and review the current selection before checkout. Specialty matches reflect database categories. Verify professional credentials with appropriate official sources when those credentials matter to your use.
Previews and samples
Preview contact fields are masked. The reusable CSV sample contains 30 records and 15 fields; personal email providers are masked, and sample email deliverability is not asserted. Sample field coverage is not representative of every audience selection.
Delivery and changes
Payment and the selected database are reviewed before delivery, with email checks before the ordered file is delivered. Professional details can change. Report incorrect fields or delivery problems with your order reference so they can be reviewed.
