OncologistLeads offers professional contact data, an audience builder, samples and digital list delivery. It does not provide medical advice, patient information or a referral service. You must be authorized to place orders for yourself or your organization.
Accounts and previews
Keep your sign-in details confidential and provide accurate billing information. Preview records may be masked. Counts describe the selected database scope; records and unique email addresses, phone numbers or fax numbers are different measures. Shared contact details can appear on several records.
Orders and payments
Review the selected audience, contact counts and displayed USD price before payment. The checkout shows the methods currently available for that order. A price shown for one audience does not apply to a different set of filters. An order does not include ongoing updates unless explicitly stated in the order.
Preparation and delivery
The checkout describes a review of payment and the selected database before file delivery, including checking emails before delivery. Payment does not by itself mean a download is immediately ready. Prepared files appear in your download library, with access dates where available. Ask support about the delivery estimate for your order.
Permitted use
Use purchased data only for lawful professional purposes. A contact record is not evidence of consent to marketing, calls, messages or fax outreach. You are responsible for the rules that apply to your intended recipients, communication channel and location, including applicable opt-out and suppression requirements.
Do not use the service for harassment, deception, impersonation, patient targeting or attempts to bypass preview masking or account controls. Resale, redistribution or public posting of purchased lists requires prior written authorization.
Data limitations
Professional details change, and fields may be missing. A shared practice phone is not necessarily a direct line, and an available email address does not guarantee inbox placement, a reply or a sales outcome. Sample coverage is not a promise about the full database.
Order problems
Report failed delivery, incorrect files or invalid records through Support with your order reference and record-level evidence. Do not include unrelated personal or patient information. Requests for corrections, replacements or refunds are reviewed against the order and the reported issue. Contact our team to confirm any specific remedy or delivery commitment before purchase. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Questions and changes
Ask for clarification before placing an order if your use case, delivery needs or permitted use are uncertain. Changes to these website terms do not erase mandatory rights or an express commitment already made for an order.
