Order preparation
Payment and the selected database are reviewed before delivery. Emails are checked before your ordered file is delivered. The site does not promise instant availability or a universal email-deliverability percentage. Check the expected delivery timing with our team when timing matters to your purchase.
Accessing your file
Prepared files are listed in your download library. Download links can have access-expiry dates. Contact Support if a file is missing, unavailable or different from the agreed selection.
Reporting invalid records or failed delivery
Include your order reference, the affected record identifiers and a clear description of the problem. For an email issue, provide relevant bounce or validation evidence without unrelated personal information. Support can review corrections, replacement data or a refund request against the affected order. Specific remedy terms should be confirmed with our team before purchase.
What an available field means
An email or phone field means that information exists in the database, not that a recipient consented to outreach. No list can guarantee responses, campaign results or inbox placement. A missing field or shared practice contact should be assessed against the selected product description.
